What's it like to be a nurse?  A real nurse?  The show opens as a documentary film maker arrives to find out just that.  In the style of "The Office", nurses from St. Joseph's Mercy Hospital sit in the interview chair and spill their guts in between lively and hilarious action followed by heart breaking reality as the audience watches their real lives unfold.  In the end, we find that nurses are people too and we love them all the more for it.
